Requirements:
- Verified email
- KYC verification completed (valid ID + proof of address)
- Bank account added and verified
- Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000
Steps:
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw
- Select NGN → Bank Transfer
- Enter the amount
- Select your bank account
- Review the details and click Submit Withdrawal
Processing:
- Request submitted for admin approval
- Approved within 24-48 hours
- Funds sent to your bank account
- Email notification sent on approval
Withdrawal Statuses

Requirements:
- Connected Solana wallet (Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare)
- Minimum withdrawal: varies by token
Steps:
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw
- Select USDC or SOL
- Enter the amount
- Confirm the destination address
- Sign the transaction in your wallet
- Funds arrive within minutes
