Store Overview

The OgaPay Store lets you buy and sell digital products and services directly to other users.

Browsing the Store

Browse categories from the Store page. View product details, pricing, and seller info. Purchase directly with your wallet balance.

Selling on the Store

Eligibility

• Verified email address
• Account in good standing
• Completed profile (display name and avatar)

Creating a Product

1. Go to My Store → Add Product
2. Fill in the details: title, description, category, price, images, delivery time, and tags
3. Click Save (saves as draft) then Publish to make it visible

Managing Orders

1. Go to My Store → Orders
2. View pending orders (awaiting delivery), completed orders, and disputed orders
3. Click Deliver to upload completed work files and mark as delivered
4. Buyer confirms receipt and payment is released to your wallet

Your Store dashboard shows total sales, revenue, active listings, conversion rate, and average rating.
