OgaPay offers identity verification to build trust, unlock features, and meet task requirements.

BVN (Bank Verification Number)

Verify with your Nigerian BVN through Dojah. This confirms your identity against the national database.

• Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
• Click BVN and enter your BVN number
• Once approved, status shows as verified
• Adds +20 OgaScore

Human Verified (VeryAI)

Proof that you're a real human, verified through VeryAI's biometric palm scan.

• Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
• Click Verify on the Human Verified (VeryAI) entry
• You'll be redirected to the VeryAI app for a quick palm scan
• OgaPay stores only the verification result, not your biometric data
• Adds +10 OgaScore
• Some tasks require this status

KYC Documents

For NGN withdrawals, you may need to submit:

• Valid government ID (passport, driver's license, NIN, or BVN)
• Proof of address
• Selfie matching your ID photo

The admin reviews your documents and approves or rejects with a reason. Most verifications are processed within 48 hours.
